Position Description

Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop. Creates unique designs and graphics including but not limited to social media posts, event materials (slideshows, merchandise, promotional materials, etc.), newsletter graphics, and website designs that strengthens & compliments GirlTechBoss’ existing brand. Produces engaging written and visual content for social platforms (Eg. Instagram).

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours/week

Position Description

Familiarity with social media content creation (posts, captions, short videos, stories), video editing (Youtube, Instagram Reels, Tiktok), and social media trends and analytics. Brainstorm creative strategies to increase social media reach, promote events, and engage audiences. Determines content that will appeal best to our audience. Develops a promotional plan and strategy to promote GirlTechBoss’ various events and initiatives.

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours/week

Position Description

Familiarity with event planning and project management. Desired skills include leadership, organization, and initiative. Works closely with the executive team to brainstorm event ideas and initiatives that will appeal to GirlTechBoss’ audience and further our impact. Coordinates all event logistics including but not limited to schedules, registration, attendees. prizes, workshop and speaker materials, to ensure smooth & successful events.

Time Commitment: 3-5 hours/week

Position Description

Proficiency with written and oral communication in English. Familiarity with public speaking and writing articles, sponsorship proposals, and outreach emails. Responsible for maintaining existing partnerships with organizations and corporations, while establishing new partnerships. Communicates with potential event speakers, establishes product and fiscal sponsorships, and writes scripts, interview questions, and articles for events.

Time Commitment: 3-5 hours/week
