We believe exposure is the key to innovation, and to further our mission to empower young female and non-binary individuals to pursue STEM and entrepreneurship, GirlTechBoss launched a podcast to tell the stories of women and non-binary individuals in STEM who took unconventional pathways that cultivated their strengths and talents toward innovation, global change, and their unique version of success.

Sophia Tang is the host of the GirlTechTalk Podcast, a curiosity-driven podcast created with the purpose to share the learnings, challenges, mindsets, successes, and serendipitous moments that make up the unique journeys of women in STEM and entrepreneurship. Sophia is also the Chief Operating Officer of GirlTechBoss, where she pursues her passion of empowering young women to pursue the career of their dreams—from organizing large-scale events to building a supportive community.
